India is aiming to become the Trillian dollar digital economy with expansion of digital infrastructure increasing accessibility to ICT - led development by use of technology that is affordable, inclusive and transformative(Ministry of Electronics & IT, Feb. 2019). Increasing number of mobile and smart phone users, doorstep internet connection, use of computers and electronic devices to connect with last mile are the examples of digital infrastructure while advance technologies enabling users to connect with social media which is improving the living standard of Indian citizens at each and every corner of the country.
