Sensor Platforms and Wireless Networks
Kevin N. Montgomery · 2020
Operational deployment of sensors and other detection technologies in the real world necessitates robust and secure methods for the transmission of data. There is also a significant potential that the data will have been collected in a remote or challenging location yet still need to be transmitted to the exposure scientists expediently to be added to an exposure profile. This chapter focuses on sensor platforms and methods for data transmission.
