In this paper, the consensus of multi-agent systems consist of chaotic permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) has been studied. It is assumed that external disturbances affect the PMSMs, so a robust protocol based on dynamic sliding mode control has been proposed that ensures consensus of multi-agent systems and the stability is investigated by Lyapunov theory. Then an extended state observer (ESO) is proposed to estimate the upper bounds of disturbances which cause a more accurate response in sliding mode control. In the end, simulations show the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
