The blockchain innovation presently can't seem to be completely comprehended where usage, for example: Parental Property Distribution, Academic System, Travel Support Tracking System etc. This paper proposed property distribution approach using blockchain where all of the distribution will be automatic and immutable although modifiable with the desire of parents. The proposed approach is not being limited to property only but also can be applicable to all assets of family as well as power system.
