A new formula for partial fraction expansion of a transfer matrix

A new formula for matrix partial fraction expansion is established. It only involves the inversion of the product of Vandermonde and Stanley matrices with Kronecker expansion and the multiplication of the resulting matrix by the Rosenbrock coefficient matrix. It is much simpler than either the indirect method or methods based on the Lagrange-Sylvester interpolation.
