This paper conducted a study focusing on virtual reality and ergonomics, comparing the differences in brain wave patterns when watching 2D and VR Movies to examine human-computer interaction to understand the characteristics of VR and influences. This paper collects 30 participants' EEG signals when watching 2D and VR Movies, and performs statistical analysis on the obtained frequency, power and other data. The results show that there are statistical differences in the alpha and beta waves of watching 2D videos and VR Movies. VR Movie will bring stronger alpha and beta wave activity.
