Virtual Instrument Used for Plotting the Root Locus

The paper aims to present a virtual instrument, implemented in the LabVIEW graphical programing environment, and used for plotting the root locus of systems. There are presented the rules and the algorithm used for marking the roots position of an closed-loop system. The presented application uses the proposed virtual instrument for marking the root position of the system.
