Quality research of information management in the model of military telecommunications network presented in tensor form

The article carries out the substantiation and selection of the quality assessment criterion of information management in the model of military telecommunications network. It is shown that the use of the proposed criterion and formulated in tensor form of restrictions will enable to solve the problem of providing a minimum time of the message (command) delivery between given nodes in the network with the control of quality indicators QoS. There is an example of solving the problem of multipath routing using the proposed criterion in the military telecommunications network model presented in tensor form.
