The paper shows that at the current time quality Internet content providers carried out extensive methods by increasing network capacity. With the increasing number of subscribers and the changing nature of network traffic, such policies can lead to lower quality of service. Emphasis is placed on the fact that this situation may change as the central body of executive power in the field of communication is taking steps to create a regulatory framework for the standardization of the quality of telecommunication services.
