Transformations of models of 2-dimensional grids Colored Petri nets into infinite Petri nets and vise versa

For the investigation of main parameters and behavior of complex systems, like telecommunications, communication and computing grids, two basic ways were proposed. The first is a parametric expression, and the second is a colored Petri net, they both represent a finite specification of infinitely many instances of Petri nets. Model of communication device was constructed for d-dimensional square grid in both forms. CPN model of a 2-dimensional grid was constructed. Petri net models of rectangular grids are investigated for an auxiliary open grid and for grid with connected edges.
