Protecting information from unauthorized access is an important task that is entrusted to modern confidential communication systems. The risk analysis` breaches of confidential information justifies the necessity of its protection practically on any part track of the communication system: storage, transformation, transmission, etc. The perspective direction in the development of information security is an integrated approach, which provides data protection at various levels of the OSI model. In this paper, it is proposed for this task to use signals with a complex structure, for example timed signal structures. Feature of the timer signals is the ability to integrate both the noise-immune coding and the secrecy of signal structures. Structural secrecy of signal structures is aimed at a significant complication in the recognition of their structure, provided the means of electronic reconnaissance solve the problem of energy secrecy, i.e. the signal is detected and recorded on data carrier. The estimation of the timer coding for the synthesis of different sets allowed signal structures with given value of the minimum code distance was given. This information will allow to create algorithms for increasing structural secrecy, taking into account the corrective ability of the timer signals. Parametric properties of timer coding for the synthesis of various sets signal structures differing in the structure of their construction are investigated. The comparative analysis of methods for constructing time-domain signals using the quality equation and a complete search was carried out.The relationship of structural secrecy and corrective ability of timed signal structures is analyzed with account the parameters of their construction. The quantitative and qualitative analysis of the synthesized sets of timer signals for estimation potential possibilities of structural secrecy with control over the accuracy of the transmitted data is provided.
