Application Of Embedded Calibration Algorithms of Ku Band Frequency Synthesizer in Temperature Range

The issues of signal generation using a frequency synthesizer are considered in this paper. A frequency synthesizer unit block diagram was developed within this work. The issues of converting a sinusoidal signal to a rectangular one, the use of frequency synthesizers, the influence of the PLL and the generation of signals with the required parameters are also discussed here. Moreover, the calibration process of the frequency synthesizer operation mode at various operating temperatures is described here.
