Virtual Memory Management of Private Cloud using OpenStack API

There is a constantly increasing demand for computing resources in the modern age. The traditional information technology systems cost too high in investment, updating and maintenance to the organizations. Moreover, they fail to perform well with respect to high utilization of resources. The modern paradigm of Cloud Computing answers these issues well. The cloud infrastructures and platforms are not only cost effective but also efficient in handling huge resources. More and more companies are moving to cloud platforms to run their applications. Many software platforms are available for cloud computing under open source software and are free of Apache CloudStack and OpenStack. The current study uses OpenStack cloud and in particular, emphases on the memory management of the cloud for handling virtual machine instances and their distribution.
