IO-Link Field Parameterization for Data Collection Based on RFID Technology

the article is focused on parameterization of IO-Link devices in the context of data collection based on RFID technology. Purpose of the paper is also aimed at the IO-Link Master configuration and other IO-Link devices via PLC control. IO-Link technology is introduced as three-wire connection of sensors, no additional cabling is required. By supporting of suitable libraries for TIA portal software, it is possible to assign, pair and set individual IO-Link devices reliably, whereas ultimate goal is communication, reading and writing of information based RFID module BIS00LK of the company BALLUFF.
