Smart Vehicle Connectivity for Safety Applications using IOT

Now a days all things are connected in smarter way by using Internet of Things. The aim of connected vehicle technology is to solve some of the major issues in the transportation in the area of safety, mobility and environment. This paper proposed a system for ambulance clearance, stolen vehicle detection, accident detection and sending traffic information to nearby junctions displaying the count of vehicles. The microcontroller continuously exchanges the traffic information with nearby junctions through Internet of Things technology. It allows the travelers to take a smart decision in choosing their route.
