In this work, the authors tackle the problem of measuring position and momentum simultaneously and find a relation on achievable estimation precisions using squeezed and entangled quantum states. These quantum resource can be thought of as a currency. They can be used to get a precise estimate of X alone, without any information about P; or be apportioned equally between X and P
