In this paper, we focus on mathematical models of information warfare. The models take the form of N (number of information flows) non-linear Ito's stochastic differential equations with non-stationary parameters. Conditions of the mean square asymptotic stability for the first approximation to the special point is considered for the special case of the basic model of information warfare. As example we represent results of statistical modeling for a model with disturbing parameters of interpersonal communication. We use generalized Wiener random processes. These processes are represented as a random series for statistical modeling. We consider the simulations for different cases of basic model with non-varying and linear time-dependent parameters. The offered results except theoretical interest have an important practical meaning.
