An Innovative Model for Program Management

As the size and complexity of the software projects have been dramatically increased over the decade or so, it is problematic on part of the big software houses which run several projects concurrently. For this, the Program Director and respective project manager sometimes are in trouble to track the projects in proper ways. To resolve this problem, the present research formulates a model by providing essential information of the concurrent project(s) based on various matrices to the Program Director.
