Video Stream Processing and Compression with Codec Choice Ability

The paper covers problem of creation of application with a graphical user interface for processing and compression of video stream by the selected codec. The application will contain a list of codecs installed on the computer, the ability to select them, as well as the ability to save the compressed file to a directory of your choice which leads to economy of HDD space.
