Improvement of the Device Descriptions of ECHONET Lite by adding version specific information

The Device Descriptions of ECHONET Lite is a machine readable JSON format data of each device information. We improved it to handle version specific information by (A) describing version information, (B) inserting version information into device description object and property object and (c) enumerating multiple specifications of device description objects and property objects. We confirmed the effectiveness of this improvement by developing a sample application, APPENDIX viewer.
