After any disasters, the area can be out of contact with the outer world because of the severe damages in the existing communication medium. Meanwhile, high demand for communication to the disaster affected area will arise to collect various information's related to the impact of disaster and losses and for providing various rescue and evacuation instructions. Using the disaster management system the people and rescuers can manage and share various types of information such as evacuation instruction, level of damage, damaged areas, location information, and supply or demand details etc. The system is established on a locally and quickly established Wi-Fi or WiMAX network environment. The system is completely an internet independent one.
