Motion Capture System by Spatio-Temporal Integration of Multiple Kinects

This paper proposes a motion capture system consisting of multiple Kinects. For obtaining correct body poses, we propose a method that generates pseudo-synchronous pose data from asynchronous Kinects and integrates the poses eliminating wrongly estimated data. Experimental results confirm that the method works effectively for capturing a moving person, which has been difficult to capture using asynchronous Kinects.
