The in-depth development of mobile edge computing (MEC) technology brings a large number of complex challenges. In addition to the delay of communication between the user and the cloud server is becoming longer owning to the movement of users, the degradation quality of services among users (QoS) has turned into the focus of research. Based on that, the strategy of the virtual machine migration in view of network congestion in mobile edge computing is proposed. The strategy puts forward that unloading the bandwidth-sensitive applications which are running by the users into the virtual machines of the edge servers with the minimal costs of the surrounding users. In order to enhance the link of TCP(the purpose of throughput and improvement of QoS ), the strategy migrates the sensitive application of high bandwidth delay into the servers which possess abound recourse. Accordingly, the thesis submits four difference situations of network and edge node congestion, and with the analysis of simulation result, the TCP throughput of the network can improve evidently though the strategy to reach the aim of lifting the quality of user service.
