In recent years, traffic volume of the Internet has been increasing as improvement of video content quality. The popular contents have to be repeatedly transferred over the network and redundant traffic is generated every time acquiring the content. Content distribution system is deployed over cloud environment and virtual machines in the cloud is managed by a container orchestrater currently. However, since a container orchestrator does not consider a network distance to deploy a container in general, its container deployment is limited within a local cloud network. In this paper, we propose an efficient content delivery method to take into account a network distance with using AS path of BGP. By using the proposed method, we enable to arrange the content cache on the edge network to reduce the redundant traffic dynamically. The proposed method is implemented in Kubernetes and evaluated to show its effectiveness.
