It has been over four years since I started my life in Singapore, seven hours ahead in time and almost ten thousand kilometers to the East in the distance from my hometown. Life full of images, coding, papers, smaller and bigger ups and downs. Here, I would like to express my gratitude to the people who have been around during this time. I would like to thank my supervisor, Professor Adams Wai Kin Kong, for his great guidance. It is hard to imagine a better supervisor. He gave me lot of inspiration and freedom to keep my mind open for a broad spectrum of ideas. He showed me what it means to do meaningful research. It definitely, gave me the necessary motivation for the past four years.
