With the development of the network control system, which is required for highly precise synchronizing of clocks, IEEE1588 protocol delivers an accurate clock synchronizing in the measurement and control devices. This system is precise at sub-microsecond level. In this paper, we have described a common approach with a brief examination of the synchronization principle. Here we described the state machine of the precision time protocol and the primary issues that affect the time precision. This paper also explains the achievement of time synchronization by implementing PTP and algorithm. In PTP, we implemented the best master clock algorithm (BMCA) for selecting a grandmaster in the networks. The IEEE1588 is for designing of software which consists PTP protocol engine, receipt and transmit controller. It is transplanted into Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+MPSoC devices and tested. This paper is based on designing for the requirement of a time synchronization of the networks.
