Breast cancer continues to be a leading health problem across the globe with the number of reported cases on an ever increasing rise. It is the leading cause of cancer related deaths among women. For breast cancer early detection is best prevention. For this , woman in general and high risk group in particular should undergo regular checkups. In this review we discuss about the risk factors associated with cancer. Also it deals with the classification of breast cancer on based on different criteria.
