A novel radix-3 apportioning method of natural numbers, imitative as a construction for Bachet's Weight delinquent, is engaged to build a product free circuit that is well suited for multimedia filtering uses. The apportioning system allows conveniently pre multiplying thirty two-bit floating-point filter coefficients with the smallest set of parts composing an unsigned integer value. In this way, similar to the distributed computation, shifters and recoding circuitry, typical of other well-known multiplier circuits, are completely substituted with simplified Floating-Point Adders. This Proposed Multiplier less architecture is implemented in 6 Tap transposed FIR Filters. The Bachet's Weight delinquent Multiplier fewer filters is implemented using Xilinx. The architecture is synthesized and implemented on FPGA Spartan 3 XC3S 200 TQ-144. It is shown that less area-time utilization with efficient design of MCM blocks can be obtained by using the Bachet Architecture with Reduced Mapped Resources.
