Privacy-Preservation of Vertically Partitioned Electronic Health Record using Perturbation Methods

Privacy and security of health data becomes an important issue to be addressed with the advancement of application of ICT health sector. This paper proposed, a novel privacy-preservation hybrid technique using perturbation methods of PPDM on vertically partitioned of electronic health records. The proposed techniques compare with other machine learning methods. The applicability of the proposed techniques had been verified accuracy on UCI dataset.
