Legitimate businesses uses what's known as Software as a Service (SaaS). SaaS, in a nutshell, means a companies save money and resources by having their software installed over the Internet, on web servers of third parties. This saves companies from having to buy servers and architect out networks, and all work is performed using browsers. Cybercrime headed in the same direction. Cyber criminals are using 'Crimeware as a Service' (CaaS) to commit a crime in virtual environment. They do not have to buy and develop their servers to coordinate attacks; instead they can use infrastructure which is already out there. Rather than wasting time and resources developing infrastructure, they pay a fee to use CaaS. Just like a legitimate business pays a third party vendor to use SaaS, a cyber criminals pay another criminal who has already developed the network infrastructure and crime ware to use CaaS. These services give to them opportunity to focus their efforts on targeting the individuals or companies they want. Cyber criminals in the Republic of Serbia also using the same services to perpetrate cyber crimes. In this paper the author has tried to describe most comon usage of these services by cyber criminals from the Republic of Serbia. .
