Designing and Building Disposition- EL Application by Applying AES-256 and RSA-2048

In era digitalization, there are many governments still using conventional business processes. The E-Disposition application is made according to the analysis of functional, non-functional requirements and security requirement in Office Electronic Manuscripts (OEM) and Electronic Government System (EGS) regulations in Indonesia. The E-Disposition application was built as a solution to replace the previously conventional functions into electronic by fulfilling 8 security aspects that apply with the AES-256 algorithm to satisfy integrity, and SHA-512 to satisfy authentication. The Application developed using WebML methodology and Web Testing. As a result, the E-Disposition application has been successful all the security requirement from OEM and EGS. The application also carried out security testing with 6 security test case.
