Using neural networks for face recognition

The article deals with the method of face recognition using a convolutional neural network. The types of neural networks are analyzed. The mathematical description of the scanned image and the recognition algorithm using a convolutional neural network are presented. The use of the convolution operation for the recognition of faces made it possible to achieve a high recognition accuracy, regardless of the position of the face in the photo and the illumination.
