Tropical Vandermonde matrices

In this paper, we first present a sufficient and necessary condition for a Vandermonde matrix over tropical algebra to be determinant balanced. Then we provide a formula of the principal eigenvalue of a Vandermonde matrix. Finally, we present a version of polynomial interpolation for tropical algebra.
