In this report we evaluate the carbon footprint of the ACM conference on Reproducibility (ACMREP) which has been held inRennes, France, in 2024. The carbon footprint is estimated using the methodology of Labos1point5 on a perimeter restrictedto travels, food/beverage and hotel stays. The report shows that air travels dominate by an order of magnitude the overallemissions. Each physical attendees of the conference emitted, in 3 days, half of the yearly individual carbon budget set basedon the objective of limiting the global warming to less than 1.5°C. Transitioning to a low-carbon emission science must beachieved in a transparent and democratic way. Bringing debate in the various academic communities is urgent to anticipatethe future instead of enduring the disastrous consequences of the status quo. This report is written in this spirit.
