͑i͒ In Eq. ͑24͒ of this paper the integrand should be divided by a factor (k 1 ϩk 2 ) 4 which has been shown to be multiplied in the paper.͑ii͒ In the integrand of Eq. ͑25͒, a factor of 1/4E p E p Ј should be replaced by m q 2 /E p E p Ј for consistent use of the normalization throughout the text in the paper.͑iii͒ The mean electric charge of the constituent quark for the meson should read ͗e q ͘ ϭ1/3 instead of ͗e q ͘ ϭ1/ͱ3.
