A New Differential Evolution Searching Strategy With Neighbourhood Search For Global optimization Problem

In this paper, we propose a sequential DE searching strategy algorithm, called STDE. This approach combines two searching strategies in the early and late evolution stage. In the first evolution stage that including nine-tenth iterations, the main idea is to devote effort to global search. In the remaining iterations of second stage that would make use of local search to explore better solution around the current best one.
