With the popularization of e-government and mobile office applications, secure access of network terminal equipment has become a common concern. Virtual private network (VPN) has the advantages of economical, practical and flexible deployment while ensuring security by establishing an encrypted tunnel on the public network. Most existing VPN gateways use Ethernet or optical fiber access network, which is not flexible enough to adapt to various terminal device access scenarios in mobile environment. Aiming at this problem, a VPN gateway integrating 4G, WiFi and Ethernet access is designed. Based on the design of the gateway's peripheral interface circuit and cryptographic module, the whole process of identity authentication, key negotiation and secure communication is completed by using the IPSec protocol and digital certificate based on China commercial cryptographic algorithms. At the same time, theHuaa design of strategic routing and load balancing is carried out to realize the gateway's comprehensive access and high-speed communication. Finally, a test environment is built to verify the function and performance.
