Study on Satisfaction Evaluation of Public Bicycle in Xi'an

Driven by vigorous development programs of urban green transportation, as a kind of green, low carbon, health, energy saving mode, public bicycle system has been rapidly developed in many cities across the country. Therefore, evaluating and analyzing the satisfaction of urban public bicycle becomes significantly important in practice. After establishing the satisfaction evaluation index system of public bicycle system, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is established in the study using the Delphi method. Based on the present status of public bicycle satisfaction in Xi’an, the current overall level of satisfaction of public bicycle in Xi’an is scored 82.9 points, a level between “general satisfaction” and “more satisfied.” Through the fuzzy comprehensive analysis of the evaluation results, we found out the weak links in the public bicycle service system and proposed the corresponding improvement suggestions.
