Proposed is a satellite-earth integrated data link system in this paper, which can directly integrates the low earth orbit (LEO) satellite to Link16 and has the characteristics of wide coverage, short transmission delay, strong compatibility with ground terminals, thus solving the problem that the transmission of Link16 information is limited by the line-of-sight and satisfying the interactive requirements of wide-area war situation information. The adaptability of Link16 time-frequency synchronization and message format caused by high dynamic Doppler between satellite and ground and longtime delay in the system is analyzed, illustrating that the satellite data link node can be directly integrated to Link16 ground network through adaptive modification, thus the LEO satellite data link has great application value.
