Photonic Reservoir Computing Enabled by Silicon Micro-Rings

Silicon micro-ring structures can be used to facilitate photonic reservoir computing. We compared the performance of such a system using data from a 56GBd DWDM transmission experiment over 100km SSMF with results from Kramers-Kronig reception.
