In the article, we have proposed a new technology for Internet of vehicles (IoV) which is optical camera communication (OCC). OCC has already been demonstrated in huge of areas which also can be used in vehicular communication. In the paper, we have introduced a new system. We proposed an integration of OCC and cloud-based communication for IoV which will ensure secure, stable, and system. We have also introduced an algorithm to provide cloud based IoV service.
