Technology evolves exponentially while humans develop or evolve in a very slow way[7]. Human Computer Interaction (HCI) is thus used to help in evaluating the impact of technology on humans. This paper demonstrates a system that provides hand therapy, by playing online games, for patients who suffer from hand injuries. The online games are playable by doing specific hand exercises that are related to each patient's injury. The hand gestures of the patients are detected using the Leap Motion device. The system can be a good replacement for the physical hand therapy sessions and helps therapists to look after more patients. The whole system has not been tested by patients due to the unavailability of them. However, the measurement component of the system was tested against the goniometer and revealed accurate results.
