This report describes the final output from the Software Support for Metrology project “Use of the Internet for Calibration Services – Protecting the Data”. This project comprised of four separate studies, the major two of which were on data security and data warehousing. There were separate reports from the subcontractors for those studies (included as attachments). This report includes summaries of the recommendations of the major studies and the results of the other studies on electronic calibration certificates and firewalls. NPL Report CMSC 28/03
