In present decade, new technologies emerging very fast which gives the facilities to both service providers and consumers. Smartphones and Tablets armed with abundant of storage capacity, fast processors speed and recent layer-2 technology, which permit the D2D communication that increases the performance of in-network wireless communication. These factors motivates to devise a new paradigm as Cooperative Caching (Information Centric Networks). Currently huge amount of data traffic on global internet network bothering the current wireless infrastructure which produce serious trouble for service providers and consumers. Currently internet service is on IP-based system which have much limitations for the current wireless infrastructure and it create much complexity for controlling these data traffic congestion. This causes to reduce the performance of the network (low processing speed of the server and latency issues) and waste of high amount of bandwidth. We also know that bandwidth is scars resource there is need to utilize it with great care. To overcome this problem we design a novel caching framework for mobile ICN for wireless communication network. Simulation results reveal that our proposed system is working efficiently by utilizing the cellular frequency bandwidth properly and minimizing the latency factor.
