Different types of financial web calculators' support web users in financial decision-making and similar finance products comparison. This paper illustrates the general characteristics of financial web calculators from IT perspective, and discusses possible calculation, interface, decision-making solutions, flaws and opportunities. The financial web calculators have a huge potential in the financial advisory industry as standalone solutions or implemented in robo-advisors, even though there is still a lot of potential yet to be exploited.
