A denote the ring of complex functions on N of the formfor some c i ∈ C and α i ∈ A, where A ⊆ C is multiplicative semigroup. Moreover, let F (n, y) ∈ E A [y].We consider polynomial-exponential Diophantine equations of the form0 and show that this equation has only finitely many solutions under certain conditions. This generalizes earlier results due to Corvaja and Zannier (cf.[4], [6]) on such equations.
