WiFi networks are promising for internet service providers, they can provide a theoretical throughput of up to 7Gbit / s with the 802.11ac standard in the 5GHz band, also expected in late 2019 the deployment of the 802.11ax standard under the name High Efficiency WLAN (HEW) [5] which will work on the 2.4 and 5GHz frequency bands with a speed 40% higher than the previous standard, a smart connection able to adapt to the needs of the users. Client mobility with regard to the quality of service requirements is problematic and has led to several contributions. For the Mac layer, the 802.11e standard defines a new mechanism for improving QOS that supports the separation of data packets based on priority. Recent studies show that software-defined wireless LANs simplify network control, improve the quality of service provision, and reduce the cost of deploying new network control mechanisms. In this article we have developed an access point that integrates the open flow protocol and communicates with the controller, in order to centralize and maintain the process of handover management, thus the data processing. Our controller acts as an authentication server where mobile nodes authenticate once, reducing the time to change the access point. It was also decided to connect the access points with an Ethernet link to eliminate interference. Our architecture reduces the hardware cost, signaling messages, the delay related to the change of the access point as well as the centralized authentication. The simulation results show improved QOS parameters, and are due with omnet ++, inet Framework, and open flow.
