Avatar Social System Improve Perceptions of Disabled People’s Social Ability

Communication is a keyword of our society. However, disabled and mentally ill people show various levels of difficulties in face-to-face communication with the external environment and strangers. We have designed a virtual avatar social system coined Avatar to Person(ATP), which can transfer a real person’s body into digital being. By using this system, the communication ability of disabled people can be effectively improved and face-to-face communication can be accomplished.
