Writing a thesis, or more specifically the work needed to gather the material to write about, is a large undertaking.I have spent over 4 years (almost 5) of my life on the research that led to this book.I would not have been able to complete this thesis, or even start working on it, without the support of a large number of people.I would like to thank my supervisor Geert, who offered me a
