The paper refers to the second-order fuzzy controller structure, which allows to increase the accuracy of a fuzzy controller, to unify the synthesis and analysis algorithm, and to improve the efficiency of STC algorithm. The second-order fuzzy controller incorporates a fuzzy first-order controller and relies on the rule-based base with a double consequent.
